Intercept offers a choice of medical plans to cover a variety of family needs. You can choose from a PPO Plan or Savings Plus HSA Plan. Plans are administered by Aetna. Residents of California also have a choice to enroll in coverage with Kaiser Permanente.

Eligibility & Dependent Coverage

Medical, dental, and vision benefits are available for all US full-time employees effective as of their first day of employment. Employees eligible for benefits may also enroll dependents.

• Spouse or domestic partner
• Children (including stepchildren or adopted children)
• Domestic partner’s children living with employee

ID Cards

Once enrolled, your coverage is effective with your date of hire. Physical ID cards are mailed to you approximately two weeks following enrollment. Additionally, once your coverage is effective, you can register your account at MyAetnaWebsite.com, and download the AetnaHealth mobile app.

Included with each medical option is prescription drug coverage.

When life is busy, complicated or unpredictable, virtual care services can help you stay on top of your health. Virtual care (otherwise known as telehealth) lets you access the care you need from anywhere, and is a preferred option for many.

If you’re not feeling well physically or emotionally, virtual care provides access to doctors and licensed behavioral experts ready to help you by phone or video. When your visit is complete, your doctor may provide a summary of next steps and send prescriptions (if needed) to your local pharmacy. And if you’re looking for a more convenient way to make sure you get your annual check-up; a virtual wellness screening may be available to you.

CVS Health Virtual Primary Care: Schedule a virtual care appointment from anywhere for your wellness visits, primary care services and mental health services.

24-Hour Nurse Line: 24-hour information line for your health questions that allows you to talk to a registered nurse at any time.

AbleTo Behavioral Care Program: Virtual, personalized support that can help you feel better when life can be overwhelming, stressful or sad. AbleTo offers a thereapy plus coaching model, allowing you to meet weekly with a care team (a behavioral coach and therapist) to set goals and learn coping strategies in two private sessions per week, over 8 weeks.

Talkspace: A digital space for private and convenient mental health support. Medication evaluation and management is also available. Talkspace also provides access to education and self-help tools to complement your mental health journey.
