Holidays
Intercept offers eleven (11) paid designated holidays annually.
Vacation
We offer twenty (20) days of paid vacation annually. Vacation benefits are accrued monthly.
Personal Days
Employees can accrue up to four (4) paid personal days each year.
Volunteer Days
Two (2) days of paid Volunteer Time Off are available to employees each year.
Paid Parental Leave Policy
This benefit is available to birth mothers and fathers, as well as adoptive and foster parents, and provides 6 weeks of paid leave and 6 weeks of unpaid leave, for bonding time within the first year following a child’s birth or placement. For birth mothers, this leave is in addition to any maternity related disability leave.
Bereavement Leave
Employees are entitled to up to ten (10) days of paid bereavement leave for the death of an immediate family member and five (5) days of paid bereavement leave for the death of a non-immediate family member.
