Adoption Assistance
Intercept offers reimbursement for qualified, approved adoption expenses up to $10,000 per domestic or international adoption and up to $15,000 for adoption of a special needs child.
Paid Parental Leave Policy
This benefit is available to birth mothers and fathers, as well as adoptive and foster parents, and provides 6 weeks of paid leave and 6 weeks of unpaid leave, for bonding time within the first year following a child’s birth or placement. For birth mothers, this leave is in addition to any maternity related disability leave.
