Intercept Pharmaceuticals 401(k) Plan
Participation in the Retirement Savings 401(k) Plan gives you the opportunity to make pretax or Roth contributions out of your base and/or your eligible variable (i.e. bonus) pay. For ultimate flexibility, you can make separate elections at different levels for the different eligible compensation types.
Intercept matches 100% up to your first 5% of eligible contributions you make.
Plan eligibility begins the first of the month following your hire date. You are always 100% vested in your own contributions, and company matching contributions will vest after one (1) complete year of service.
