Vision benefits are provided by EyeMed. When you use an EyeMed Insight network provider, the Plan pays more.

Vision is a separate election that provides coverage for routine eye exams and corrective lenses (contact lenses or eyeglasses).
ID Cards
EyeMed has moved away from sending physical ID cards. In most cases, a providing optometrist can validate your Plan’s level of benefits with just a few pieces of information from you. If you prefer, after you’ve enrolled, you can register online and print a paper ID card.
